Marketing and Career Aspirations Essay Example My career aspirations are to be a successful manager in the field of marketing research. Through the process of achievement I want to gain immense knowledge and skills so that I can contribute as much as possible in the society as well as in the organization.

In earlier days, an organization was mainly concerned with production of goods. It used to believe on mass production and paid less or negligible attention on quality of the product and the customer’s demand. After some time, the focus of organization shifted from production of the product to the sale of the product.

And the best knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends, and consumer the shortcomings and challenges among nonprofit organizations. The experiences I’ve had have intrigued my interest in many career paths such as entrepreneurship, social work, marketing, public relations, and administrative work.

Essay # 1. Introduction to Marketing: Marketing is everywhere. Everything from presenting yourself for a job interview to selling your products includes marketing. Main objective of any company is to gain profits which can be achieved only through marketing of the products. Marketing enables the companies to create demand and earn profits.
